Ilektra is a CG Generalist based in London. Graduating from Digital Film & Screen Arts in 2013, she started out as a freelance motion graphics and 3D artist in the island of Cyprus, where she worked on educational apps, TV ads and explainer videos. Over the years, her passion for film VFX overruled her love for sunshine and in 2019, after honing her skills, she took her first steps into the world of feature film VFX.

 After coming to London, Ilektra had the opportunity to work in major studios such as MPC, DNEG, WWFX UK working on films, as well as RedStar3D for the beautiful animated feature The Amazing Maurice. Her work includes lighting on Disney's VFX nominee The One and Only Ivan and environments work on Fast & Furious 9, Netflix's The Adam Project, Doctor Who s13.

 Ilektra is currently working as an Environments Generalist TD at DNEG, but is not without extra curriculum activities, as she is also serving as a board member for the Cyprus Animation Association, aiming to bring some of the VFX knowledge back to aspiring artists of her homeland.
